The crispy pata is not really crispy and I think it needs more flavorable a bit of salt or condiments

Always nice and kind. Always fresh food. I havent tried everything on the menu yet but so far the longanisa and lechon kawali is a must try.

When I ordered the Humba online, I know that it would contain some star anise but I didn't know that there would be too much of it.
