Overall food is okay, but it was better during my last order on Dec. 30. This time, the pancit sotanghon was cut too short, it lacked seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic) and the vegetables were almost raw. The leche flan lacked caramel. And the Bicol Express also lacked sauce and was too dry. The best dishes were the sisig, very well cooked and seasoned; and the pork BBQ, which was perfectly grilled and the marinade tastes very good. In general--the food should be more consistent in order to keep a regular customer base.

The pichipichi also taste good but a bit strange to see its green, perhaps due to the pandan essence? It's normally yellow.
We are grateful for accepting additional orders. The waiting time was acceptable in order not to compromise the quality of the food.
